Meet Dana, owner and principal
Dana is a coach, Senior Birkman Method consultant, and organizational development practitioner with over 20 years’ experience helping leaders and organizations gain new perspectives, strengthen interpersonal dynamics, and increase organizational performance.
Dana is a culture strategist, Systems Thinker and thought leader. She has worked with for-profit and non-profit organizations throughout the US and Canada, including retail, manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, government, and NGO’s. She is currently engaged with an engineering firm in the Midwest US and a philanthropic organization in the Seattle area providing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging coaching, programming, and strategic planning.
She also recently contracted to help a large apparel distribution company establish a Diversity and Inclusion program, including an employee driven D&I council, program development, and foundational training for the entire organization.

Partnering with a global logistics organization to successfully combine two teams with very different cultures into one cohesive team; she’s been invited back twice to help with continuous improvement efforts.

Working with a Sr. VP, Sale and Marketing in manufacturing on a three-year Organizational Alignment project that addressed significant business threats and opportunities.

Working as a coach and strategic partner for a VP Sales, Retail, to successfully restructure his division while increasing employee morale
Dana holds a Master’s degree in Whole Systems Design-Organization Systems Renewal from Antioch University Seattle and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Washington State University. In her spare time Dana enjoys designing and building homes with her husband Stu, gardening, boating, hiking, and getting creative in the kitchen. She also loves dogs and has a Belgian Shepherd named Merlin. After many years in Washington State, Dana recently relocated to Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
